Green Jobs Network ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Green Jobs App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

The Green Jobs App is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.
• AI Conversations: When you use Robin, our AI Career Coach, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. These conversations are not permanently saved by Green Jobs Network.

Robin AI Career Coach

Robin is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use Robin, you are asked to provide consent before your first interaction. Here is how your data is handled:

What Data Is Sent

• Your text messages within the Robin chat conversation are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.
• No personal account data, device identifiers, location data, or other personal information is sent to Anthropic.

Who Receives the Data

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, CA), the provider of the Claude AI model, via their API.

How the Data Is Protected

• Conversations are not saved by Green Jobs Network — when you leave or start a new chat, the conversation is gone.
• Anthropic does not use API data to train AI models.
• Anthropic may retain API logs briefly for safety and abuse prevention purposes.

Your Consent

• Before using Robin for the first time, you are presented with a consent screen that explains what data is sent and to whom.
• You must agree before any data is transmitted to Anthropic.

Important: Do not share sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial details, or passwords with Robin.

Data Storage

The app stores minimal data locally on your device:

• Daily usage counts (to enforce rate limits)
• App preferences

This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Children's Privacy
