Welcome to the Green Jobs App. By downloading, accessing, or using the Green Jobs App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Green Jobs App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Green Jobs App provides:

• Access to job listings in sustainability, clean energy, conservation, and related fields
• Robin, an AI-powered career coach for guidance and information
• Educational resources and training program information
• Community links and networking opportunities

3. Robin AI Career Coach

Robin is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. By using Robin, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Robin provides general career guidance only and is not a substitute for professional career advice
• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• You should verify important information independently before making career decisions
• You will not share sensitive personal information (social security numbers, financial details, passwords) with Robin
• Usage is subject to rate limits (25 messages per conversation, 50 messages per day)

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The Green Jobs App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Green Jobs Network and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The App contains links to third-party websites and services (job boards, external resources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Job listings are accurate, current, or complete
• AI-generated content is accurate or suitable for your needs
• Use of the App will result in employment

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN JOBS NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR PROFITS.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
